Dodgers add Patterson as 26th man, DFA Buss
Right-hander Red Patterson, called up as the 26th man for Thursday's doubleheader, will be the seventh Dodgers starting pitcher in their 29th game in 2014, weather permitting. In 2013 the club used a ninth different starter by their 23rd game.
