LOS ANGELES -- The Dodgers go for a second straight win over the Indians and a fourth straight win overall, and will do so with only a few small changes to the starting lineup.
Hanley Ramirez, who was intentionally walked as a pinch hitter on Monday night, is out of the starting lineup on Tuesday for a third straight game and seventh time in the last eight contests. But in at shortstop isn't Miguel Rojas, who has started seven of the last eight games at three different positions.
Carlos Triunfel starts at shortstop on Tuesday, his third start at the position.
Manager Don Mattingly has multiple times insisted that Drew Butera isn't Josh Beckett's personal catcher, but Tuesday night is the eighth straight Beckett start caught by Butera, and 10th of the last 11.
The only lineup swap for Cleveland is starting Nick Swisher at first base in place of Carlos Santana. Swisher is 10-for-48 (.206) with three home runs, eight walks and 15 strikeouts in his career against Josh Beckett.
