AA – The Lookouts found themselves at the receiving end of a great pitched game as the Stars (Brewers) hold them to one hit and shut them out 9-0 to tie best-of-five series at one apiece. There isn't a lot to say about this game, the Lookouts got their split and will go home to try and win the series. But on Friday night, Huntsville got out to a 2-0 lead and were never caught.
Steve Smith started for Chattanooga and gave up four runs and five hits plus four walks in 4.2 innings. Freddie Cabrera pitched an inning and he allowed eight baserunners, five more runs and before six innings was in the books, the Lookouts trailed 9-0.
Jarret Martin and Juan Gonzalez finished the game.
Daniel Mayora got the one single as the Lookouts could only produce three baserunners in the entire game.

Rookie Ogden – Ogden saw Orem (Angels) score six runs in the second inning and they fell 8-3 to trail 1-0 in their best-of-three series. Ogden doesn't have the Pioneer League pitcher of the year on their roster as Jose De Leon finished the season at Great Lakes. Instead it was 2014 6th round pick Brock Stewart on the mound in Game 1. Stewart had made only one start in 2014 and that was last Sunday. Whether it was nerves, lack of experience or just bad pitching, Stewart didn't go past two innings. In 1.1 innings, Stewart allowed six runs, five hits, one walk and struck out one. Trevor Oaks, Derrick Sylvester, and Vaughn Hayward also had professional playoff debuts but the game was already lost.
Cody Bellinger and Theo Alexander each had two hits, Bellinger had a triple and two RBI.
