Dodgers set starting lineups vs. Rangers in San Antonio

MESA, Ariz. -- The Dodgers have set their starting lineups for both exhibition games against the Rangers in San Antonio on Friday and Saturday at The Alamodome.

Seven Dodgers will play both days, including first baseman Adrian Gonzalez, third baseman Justin Turner, center fielder Joc Pederson and right fielder Yasiel Puig. In addition, Darwin Barney (shortstop, second base), Enrique Hernandez (second base, shortstop) and Yasmani Grandal (designated hitter, catcher) will start at two different positions.

Grandal will be the Dodgers' last designated hitter this spring, with pitcher Zack Greinke hitting on Saturday.

Alex Guerrero gets the call in left field on Saturday.

Erik Bedard starts on the mound on Friday night.

In addition to the travel rosters already announced, several players made the trip from minor league camp as well.

Pitchers from minor league camp include Ryan Buchter, Josh Ravin, Joe Wieland, Mike Thomas (No. 93), Jeremy Horst (63), Jeremy Kehrt (69) and Ramon Troncoso (88). Catchers a Shawn Zarraga, Chris O`Brien and Tyler Ogle (92) also made the trip, with O'Brien starting behind the plate on Friday night.

Other minor leaguers include infielders Buck Britton, Darnell Sweeney and Nate Samson (No. 84), plus outfielders Travis Witherspoon (86) and Jeremy Hazelaker (83).

Tim Wallach will manage the Dodgers in San Antonio, with bench coach Razor Shines, pitching coach Chuck Crim and bullpen coach Scott Radinsky, first base coach John Valentin and third base coach Lorenzo Bundy.
