Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw was a guest on the Dan Patrick Show on Friday morning, talking about various things, including his new daughter, changing diapers, pregame rituals, the strike zone, arguing with umpires, and more.
On changing diapers, Kershaw said, "My hands don't function with that small of a baby."
Kershaw said he eats a turkey sandwich in some form (he didn't mention his Subway sponsorship) before every start.
"I don't like to think I'm superstitious, but then again if I didn't eat a turkey sandwich and I pitched that, I would blamme it on that," Kershaw said.
