Gary A. Vasquez-USA TODAY Sports

LOS ANGELES -- The Dodgers and Giants meet for a fourth time this season, though this time there will be no Madison Bumgarner, nor will there be Clayton Kershaw or Zack Greinke this weekend at Dodger Stadium. Here are the pitching matchups for this weekend's three-game series.

Friday, 7:10 p.m. PT (SportsNet LA)

Mike Bolsinger at Dodger Stadium this season has four wins in four starts, allowing three runs with six walks and 25 strikeouts in 26⅔ innings. But he's not the only breakout 27-year-old pitcher in the NL West this season. Giants rookie Chris Heston has allowed zero or one earned run in seven of his 13 starts, and two starts ago struck out 11 in a no-hitter against the Mets.

Saturday, 4:15 p.m. (SportsNet LA, MLB Network)

Carlos Frias has allowed one run in 7⅓ innings this season against the Giants, in one start and one relief appearance. Tim Hudson allowed no runs in 6⅓ innings in his one start this season against the Dodgers, beating Frias 2-0 on May 19 in San Francisco.

Sunday, 5:08 p.m. (ESPN)

Brett Anderson has a 2.68 ERA in his seven quality starts, but is 0-3. He has a 4.66 ERA in his other six starts, and is 2-1 in those games. Tim Lincecum has started thrice against the Dodgers this season, allowing one run in 13 innings in two wins in San Francisco, and allowing four runs and eight hits in four innings in a loss at Dodger Stadium on April 27
