LOS ANGELES -- Corey Seager will make his home debut with the Dodgers on Monday night, starting at shortstop and batting sixth against the Rockies at Dodger Stadium.

Seager played in all 10 games of the road trip, the first 10 games of his big league career, starting nine. He excelled, hitting .412/.524/.647 with five doubles, a home run and eight walks, and has reached base in all nine of his starts.

He makes his seventh straight start at shortstop, as expected, with Jimmy Rollins expected to test his right index finger on Monday at Dodger Stadium. Rollins hasn't batted since Sept. 6 in San Diego.

Carl Crawford also sits on Monday, after feeling right hamstring tightness on Saturday and leaving that game early. He sat on Sunday, too, but that was planned with left-hander Patrick Corbin pitching for Arizona.

Scott Schebler starts in left field on Monday night.

Yasmani Grandal starts behind the plate, his second start in three days after sitting out six days with left shoulder inflammation. Grandal walked twice on Saturday but also went 0-for-3, extending his hitless streak to 0-for-36.

Joc Pederson, hitting .306/.419/.500 so far in September, bats leadoff for the first time since Sept. 3 and the second time in the last 42 games.
