Who can forget the 11 days that Daniel Reynolds spent on the Dodgers' 40-man roster last December?

What went right

Reynolds was claimed off waivers from the Angels on Dec. 7, 2015.

What went wrong

On Dec. 18, 2015 the Dodgers designated Reynolds for assignment to make room on the 40-man roster for Tyler Olson, and five days later the Astros claimed Reynolds off waivers.

After the Dodgers, Reynolds was in two major league organizations (Astros and Angels), followed by 14 relief appearances for the independent Laredo Lemurs.

In the minors, the right-hander put up a 5.61 ERA in Double-A Arkansas, with 31 strikeouts and 24 walks in 33⅔ innings.

Roster status

Reynolds signed a minor league contract with the Braves on Nov. 1.
