PHOENIX -- The Dodgers are revamping their pregame and postgame shows on radio, including the addition of new co-host Tony Gwynn Jr. to postgame Dodger Talk along with David Vassegh.

Gwynn retired as a player after spending the 2015 season with Triple-A Syracuse in the Nationals system. The 33-year-old outfielder played for three years in the Dodgers organization, including 2011-2012 with the big league club, hitting .245/.294/.326 in 239 major league games with Los Angeles.

In parts of eight major league seasons, Gwynn hit .238/.309/.310 in 685 games with the Brewers, Padres, Dodgers and Phillies.

Gwynn will team with Vassegh for Dodger Talk, which will now also include segments from Charley Steiner, Rick Monday, Alanna Rizzo and Ned Colletti.

The pregame show, Dodgers on Deck, will be hosted by Tim Cates, a longtime producer, reporter and host on AM 570 Fox Sports LA radio. Dodgers on Deck will feature pregame reports from Vassegh and Monday.

Dodger Talk will be a postgame show after every Dodgers game beginning with the Freeway Series in Los Angeles on March 31, but during spring training will be an hour-long show on weeknights, Monday through Friday at 7 p.m. PT.
