Major League Baseball players receive mail from fans on a daily basis, mostly asking for autographs. A good amount of players are actually nice enough to oblige and send the item back autographed.
Dodgers' utility man, Kiké Hernandez, recently received a request on a baseball card that he wanted to send back. The only problem was that it wasn't even the right Hernandez on the card.
Dear fan, I'd love to sign the card and send it back but unfortunately this is not me! Pretty close tho! pic.twitter.com/QtMj6vZ2Pl

Hernandez also replied to the fan on his Facebook page:
My most sincere apology because I know you're a true fan; you wrote on your letter that you've been following my career since I played A ball at Greensboro in '91 (which is the year I was born. I know, I was that good!). Maybe next time bud!
Kiké is being nice by saying that was close but it was a good try nonetheless.
