Carl Crawford was supposed to begin his minor league rehab assignment with Triple-A Oklahoma City on Wednesday night, but travel issues kept the outfielder on the sidelines.
Due to travel issues, Carl Crawford will not start tonight for @okc_dodgers. He is active and available if need be.

Carl Crawford has yet to arrive in OKC due to travel issues. Bill Haselman says he might be available to pinch hit, but unsure.

Wasn't in pregame availability. I think he should be by now. But told he likely doesn't play tonight. https://t.co/mTFph6B8pK

Crawford was expected to play three games with OKC through Friday, rejoin the Dodgers on Saturday then get activated from the disabled list by the Dodgers on Sunday in Denver. We'll see how that is affected by Wednesday's inactivity.
Player of the day
Cuban import Yusniel Diaz continued his hot streak with his third straight game with a home run for Class-A Rancho Cucamonga. Diaz was 2-or-4 on Wednesday and also tripled, and in his last six games is 8-for-24 (.333) with three home runs and three triples.
Triple-A Oklahoma City
It took three starts, but Sam LeCure finally allowed some runs with Oklahoma City, taking the defeat in a 7-2 loss to Memphis (Cardinals). After spinning nine scoreless frames in his first two starts, the longtime reliever allowed four runs in 4⅓ innings on Wednesday.
Corey Brown was 2-for-4 with a triple in defeat.
Double-A Tulsa
The Drillers were off on Wednesday before beginning a quick four-game road trip on Thursday.
Class-A Rancho Cucamonga
Despite the offense from Diaz and a two-run home run from Johan Mieses, it wasn't enough in the Quakes' 6-3 loss on the road to the Lancaster JetHawks (Astros). Tommy Bergjans allowed four runs in five innings for the loss, striking out five while walking three.
Class-A Great Lakes
A four-run rally in the eighth inning lifted the Loons over the Dayton Dragons (Reds), 5-3. Jordan Paroubeck hit a bases-loaded single to score the tying and go-ahead runs during the rally, and also doubled earlier in the win. Chris Powell threw two scoreless innings with two strikeouts for the win.
