The Dodgers have signed outfielder Cody Thomas, their 13th-round draft pick and a two-sport player out of Oklahoma, per Jim Callis of MLB.com. In addition, the club made official the signings of 10 more picks, including the already-reported deal with first-round shortstop Gavin Lux.
Thomas will receive a $300,000 bonus, per Callis, which means $200,000 will count against the bonus pool. There are no allotted slot amounts for picks outside of the first 10 rounds, but any bonus amount over $100,000 for players drafted from rounds 11 through 40 counts against the bonus pool.
Callis also reported two more signing bonuses.
7th-rder Luke Raley signs w/@Dodgers for $150k (pick 221 = $187,400). OF, top D-II pick in @MLBDraft, 2nd ever from Lake Erie (Ryan Rua).

For the Dodgers, that means with the seven known signing bonuses to date the club is $125,100 over slot, which would be 1.30 percent of their total $9,336,500 pool. If a team goes five percent over, the penalty is 75 percent of the overage amount plus the loss of a future draft pick, something no team has done since this system was implemented in 2012.
The Dodgers can go up to $466,824 over their pool amount (provided they sign all of their first 12 picks) with no draft pick loss, but only a 75-percent tax on the overage.
The Dodgers on Friday also officially announced signings of second-rounder Mitchell White, fourth-rounder D.J. Peters, seventh-rounder Luke Raley, ninth-rounder Anthony Gonsolin, 15th-rounder Brayan Morales, 24th-round outfielder Saige Jenco out of Virginia Tech, 25th-round right-handed pitcher Chandler Eden of Texas Tech, 27th-round left-handed pitcher Austin French out of Brown and 28th-round right-handed pitcher Jacob Perkins out of Division III Ferrum College in Virginia.
Thomas was not among the picks made official by the Dodgers.
Among the first 10 rounds, deals for White, Peters and Raley have already been reported. The new one is Gonsolin, whose slot value at pick No. 281 is $163,400.
To date the only unsigned Dodgers picks in the top 10 rounds are No. 32 overall pick Will Smith, No. 36 selection Jordan Sheffield and fifth-round pick Devin Smeltzer. The club has only announced seven of the nine deals, with Dustin May (third round) and Kevin Lachance (10th) agreements not yet made official.
To date, the Dodgers have signed 21 of their 42 draft picks, with 18 officially announced by the club.
