The 2016 MLB Draft starts at 4 p.m. PT, but the mock drafts have been coming for a month or so. So I decided to go back and see who the national experts have the Dodgers selecting with their first two picks, No. 20 and No. 32 overall.
Perhaps the most intriguing is shortstop Delvin Perez from the International Baseball Academy in Puerto Rico. He was thought to be a top-10 pick by many before reports of a failed PED test caused his draft stock to drop like a rock. Keith Law in his final mock draft at ESPN has the Dodgers selecting Perez at No. 20 overall.
