LOS ANGELES — Fans in Los Angeles and other markets without SportsNet LA will be able to watch the middle game of the Dodgers-Giants series on Tuesday, Sept. 20, with ESPN2 nationally televising the game.
The Dodgers, currently four games up on the Giants in the National League West with 19 games in the regular season, play San Francisco six more times, including three games starting next Monday, Sept. 19.
The 7 p.m. PT game is a full national broadcast by ESPN2, with no blackouts in the Los Angeles or San Francisco markets. The game will also be available to watch on SportsNet LA.
The ESPN2 telecast is part of ESPN’s ‘MLB Postseason Impact Games’ series, which also includes Cubs-Cardinals on Friday, Sept. 23 and Indians-Tigers on Thursday, Sept. 29.
This comes on the heels of Charter working out a deal for KTLA to simulcast Vin Scully’s final six regular season broadcasts, Sept. 23-25 at home against the Rockies and Sept. 30-Oct. 2 in San Francisco against the Giants.
