Dodgers manager Dave Roberts on Wednesday set his starting rotation for the club’s upcoming series against the Diamondbacks, with Bud Norris and Jose De Leon starting Saturday and Sunday in Phoenix.

More than finalizing the pitching matchups in Arizona, it sets up what has been obvious for over a week — that Clayton Kershaw, Rich Hill and Kenta Maeda will start the three games next week against the Giants, from Sept. 19-21 at Dodger Stadium.

In addition, Julio Urias as expected will move to the bullpen after his start last night in New York, per David Vassegh of Dodger Talk.

But first things first, Kershaw still needs to start the series finale against the Yankees. Then, here are the pitching matchups against the Diamondbacks, which include three pitchers the Dodgers faced last week at Dodger Stadium.

Thursday, 6:40 p.m. PT: Rich Hill vs. Archie Bradley (SportsNet LA)
Friday, 6:40 p.m.: Kenta Maeda vs. Zack Greinke (SportsNet LA)
Saturday, 5:10 p.m.: Bud Norris vs. Shelby Miller (SportsNet LA)
Sunday, 1:10 p.m.: Jose De Leon vs. Robbie Ray (SportsNet LA)

Saturday is the first start for Norris since Aug. 31. He had a 4.40 ERA in his first seven appearances with the Dodgers, including six starts, with 32 strikeouts and eight walks. But after a stint on the disabled list, Norris has an 11.08 ERA in five games, including three starts, with more walks (13) than strikeouts (10).
