The Dodgers beat the Cubs on Thursday night at Wrigley Field in Chicago, clinching their first National League pennant in 29 years, and are back in the World Series for the first time since 1988.

The American League representative is not yet known, with the Yankees leading the Astros three games to two in the ALCS. Game 6 if scheduled for Friday night in Houston.

The World Series starts on Tuesday, Oct. 24, with the first two games starting at 5:09 p.m. PT at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles.

The Dodgers have played the Yankees 11 times in the World Series, with their last meeting in 1981. New York has won eight of the 11 matchups, with the Dodgers prevailing in 1955, 1963 and 1981.
