On the latest edition of the podcast, we discussed the Dodgers’ heavy usage of the disabled list in 2017 and how it compared to other teams.
Essentially, the Dodgers have used the disabled list as a roster management tool, especially for the starting pitchers, taking advantage of nearly every opportunity to give hurlers rest. Except for Clayton Kershaw, the one reasonably safe bet to pitch 200 innings this season.
Apologies for this episode going up so late. We recorded this a week ago, and it basically slipped through the cracks in a busy week.
