Dodgers ace Clayton Kershaw threw two simulated innings at Dodger Stadium before Wednesday’s game, and the next step is another simulated game on Monday when the Dodgers are on the road.

Class-A Rancho Cucamonga is of on Monday, and Triple-A Oklahoma City is in Colorado Springs. Thus...

Kershaw has been sidelined for over three weeks with a lower back strain.

Dodgers starting pitchers since Kershaw’s last start on July 23 are 10-0 with a 2.32 ERA in 19 games, with 109 strikeouts and 27 walks in 108⅔ innings.

Dayton, too

In other Dodgers rehab news, relief pitcher Grant Dayton is close to beginning a rehab assignment of his own. Dayton is currently on the disabled list for a neck strain for the second time this season, and last pitched on July 24.
