Justin Verlander took a no-hitter into the sixth, and struck out nine in eight innings. Kenta Maeda was perfect through five, but allowed four runs in the sixth. That was enough to send the Dodgers home with a loss to the Tigers at Comerica Park in Detroit, ending the six-game win streak for Los Angeles.
