Rich Hill discusses near no-hitter on The Dan Patrick Show

Tough way to lose, man.

Dodgers' Pitcher Rich Hill called in to The Dan Patrick Show this morning to discuss how he lost a no-hitter in the 10th inning of Wednesday's game. Hill tells Dan it was a tough loss, but his body feels pretty good today and he’s ready to get back to work.

There was no talk of him not going back in for the 10th inning, but he unfortunately made one pitch over the middle and it resulted in a home run and a loss for the team. Hill says he’s not as bummed about the loss because with the team’s season end goal of winning a championship, the loss really pales in comparison to what the they’re working towards.

Dan also asks Hill if he’d rather have two no hitters or a perfect game, to which Hill laughs he’d rather have a World Series Title. Hill says if he had to make a decision between the two, he’d rather have a perfect game.
