Garcia won’t start season with Dodgers as pitching staff basically finalized
The Dodgers opening day pitching staff is basically set, with news Saturday that Yimi Garcia, whether he starts the season on the disabled list or in the minors, will not accompany the team to California for the Freeway Series and won’t make the 25-man opening day roster.
