LOS ANGELES — The Dodgers go for a third straight win on Wednesday night against the A’s, but it might be neat if they did so in very specific fashion.
If the Dodgers’ scoring on Wednesday consists of only Corey Seager and Chase Utley each driving in a run without homering and Yasiel Puig hitting a solo home run we could have an interesting situation of eight different Dodgers having one home run and three RBI. It would make for an interesting Baseball-Reference page:

Pitching matchup
Alex Wood had quality starts in both of his outings so far this season. He’ll be pitching on six days rest in the finale against Oakland, which includes getting pushed back a day because of food poisoning. Daniel Mengden has allowed 10 runs on 12 hits in 11 innings across his two starts this season. The right-hander was a former teammate of Ross Stripling at Texas A&M.
