The Dodgers minor league system produced wins in three of the six games scheduled on Tuesday night. Three of the games were decided in the final at-bat, including a walk-off win for the Ogden Raptors.
Player of the day
Cristian Santana crushed a pair of solo homers for the Quakes in a 6-0 shutout over the Storm. Tuesday was his second multi-homer of the month and the third baseman has six in June.
Triple-A Oklahoma City
The Dodgers and Nashville Sounds (Athletics) were tied 4-4 going into the ninth inning when Jorge Mateo blasted a triple to bring home the wining run for the visitors. Mateo tried to turn it into a inside-the-park homer but was thrown out at the plate.
Kyle Garlick was 2-for-4 with a double and an RBI while Henry Ramos smacked a two-run homer in the seventh that tied the game. Brock Stewart started the game for the Dodgers, allowing three of the four runs the Sounds scored in the fifth inning. The right-hander allowed four hits in four and one-thirds innings, striking out three against one walk.
Double-A Tulsa
Tulsa is off on their All-Star break. The Texas League All-Star Game ended in a 2-2 tie Tuesday.
Tulsa was represented by several players. Keibert Ruiz was the starting catcher for the Northern team and went 0-for-2. Luke Raley was the starting DH and went 2-for-4 with an RBI-single, while Drew Jackson went 0-for-2 off the bench.
Devin Smeltzer pitched a scoreless sixth inning.
Class-A Rancho Cucamonga
The Quakes returned the favor by shutting out the Lake Elsinore Storm (Padres) by the score of 6-0 just a night after being shutout themselves.
Rancho Cucamonga hit a total of four home runs Tuesday, accounting for all six runs. Cody Thomas and Logan Landon each slugged a two-run shot to go with Santana’s two long balls.
24-year-old Isaac Anderson tossed five scoreless innings, allowing just three hits and striking out four with no walks.
Class-A Great Lakes
The Loons and Dayton Dragons (Reds) went to extra innings and it looked like the Lions would pull it off when they scored a run in the top of the 10th. But Dayton scored a pair in the home half to hand the Loons a 4-3 loss.
Carlos Rincon hit his sixth homer of the year for the Loons that tied the game in the eighth. Four different players had a multi-hit night for Great Lakes, including catcher Darrell Miller who drove in two of the three runs.
Rookie - Pioneer
The Raptors scored four times in the bottom of the ninth for an exciting walk-off win over the Orem Owls (Angels).
Trailing 5-2, Ogden loaded the bases with two outs To bring the winning win to the plate. Jeremy Orocho and Chris Roller hit back-to-back doubles to seal it for the Raptors.

AZL Dodgers Robinson lost 6-1 to the AZL Royals1.
