Astros at Rays - Game 4 (Tied 2-2)

Before Monday’s ALDS games, it was almost a foregone conclusion that the Astros and Yankees would each win their respective Game Threes and get some rest before the American League Championship Series starts on Saturday.

But the Rays had other things in mind, like going back to Houston to play Game 5 on Thursday.

The Rays jumped out in front of the Astros and Verlander and they kept the pressure on especially while Verlander was pitching.

The play of this series so far.

This made it 4-0, a score that was never really threatened after the relay play.

The Astros will have Gerrit Cole on the mound for Game 5 on Thursday, the Rays will counter with Tyler Glasnow.
