MLB: San Francisco Giants at Los Angeles Dodgers Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

Welcome to SB Nation FanPulse, a survey of fans across MLB. Each week, we send 30 polls to plugged in fans from each team. Dodgers fans, sign up HERE to join FanPulse.

We sent out our weekly SB Nation FanPulse survey, and the respondents are still overwhelmingly pleased with the job Dave Roberts is doing.

However, despite the Dodgers’ hot start, Dave Roberts’ approval ratings decreased by seven percentage points - from 92 to 85 percent after week one.

The survey also asked fans about their confidence in the direction of the team. A total of 88 percent of respondents said they were confident, while 12 percent said they were not. This is a six percent increase in positive results from week one, where only 76 percent of fans were confident.

These results come after the Dodgers offense scored 50 runs with 17 homers in just six games, but the bullpen has not looked their best. In the Dodgers’ most recent game against the Giants, Kenley Jansen gave up three runs, getting the Giants just one run away from sending the Dodgers to the bottom of the ninth. In addition, Joe Kelly has accrued two blown saves, resulting in two losses for the team.

Perhaps the hot bats made the fans more confident in the team, but the bullpen performance dropped their trust in Dave Roberts. What do you think?
