Friday saw just one win for the Dodger affiliates as Great Lakes won their game over West Michigan. Everyone else took a loss.

Triple-A Oklahoma City

The Dodgers fell a few runs short of the Storm Chasers (Royals) in their 11-9 loss to Omaha. Mitchell White made his first start for Oklahoma City and he had a rough first inning.

White had given up eight runs in 30 innings at Tulsa, on Friday, he gave up seven runs in his Pacific Coast League debut.

White gave up five runs in the first inning, the big blow was a two-out grand slam hit by Anderw Susac.

White would pitch 4⅔ innings, he allowed eight hits, seven runs and one walk. White had one strikeout.

Will Smith and Zach Reks each homered for the Dodgers.

Double-A Tulsa

Nick Zammarelli drove in the winning run on a sacrifice fly in the tenth inning as the Travelers (Mariners) beat the Drillers 5-4 in ten innings.

The Drillers had tied the game in the sixth inning when Angelo Mora doubled home Cody Thomas and Keibert Ruiz.

Thomas and Cristian Santana each had three hits. Gavin Lux and Ruiz each had two hits.

Class-A Rancho Cucamonga

The Quakes got a good start from Edwin Uceta but the Nuts (Mariners) scored six runs in the eighth to put the game out of reach. The Quakes lost 10-3 to Modesto on Friday at Loan Mart Field.

Uceta had another solid start, he pitched 5⅔ innings and gave up three runs (one earned). Uceta also gave up five hits but he struck out seven with no walks.

The Quakes only had four hits and Jeter Downs had two of them.

Class-A Great Lakes

The Loons scored four runs in the fifth inning and that held up in their 4-3 win over the Whitecaps (Tigers). There were three run-scoring hits for the Loons.

Miguel Vargas, Hunter Feduccia and Niko Hulsizer each had big hit in the fifth inning to put the Loons ahead.

Vargas and Feduccia each had two hits to lead the Loons.
