Alex Verdugo is killing it. With his walk-off sacrifice fly on Wednesday night, there is no doubt that he is something special. So BreakingT made a shirt to celebrate.

Of course, Verdugo is in the Rookie of the Year conversation along with Peter Alonso, Fernando Tatis Jr. and Chris Paddack. And he makes a great case. In 54 games this season, he has a .322/.376/.521 slash line and is second in team batting average, just behind Cody Bellinger.
Verdugo has also been a fun spirit to have in the Dodgers clubhouse, with many of his teammates praising his attitude.
With that being said, we want celebrate Verdugo’s stellar start with a new “Don’t let the kid get hot” shirt! If you’re unfamiliar (which we doubt you are), this is something Verdugo and the players say to each other when they’re on a roll.
These shirts are available in both adult and youth sizes, so everyone can enjoy this sick tee! You can purchase the T-shirt through this link!
With this spectacular season he’s got cooking, I think it’s safe to say that this kid is hot.
