Dodgers news ...

It was Friday Night Fireworks at Dodger Stadium, but the real show came during the game. Walker Buehler was absolutely lights out and Matt Beaty was the walk-off hero. You can read the TBLA game recap here.

Deadspin (yes, I’m sorry) wrote an article about all the times Dodgers organist Dieter Ruehle played ocean-themed songs.

I decided to include something from the Giants’ perspective in this section because it’s about the Dodgers. Here’s Forbes’ article, “One Day The San Francisco Giants Could Become The Los Angeles Dodgers.”

He took something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue and built a well oiled machine. Now the Dodgers are running away with the NL West, while his new team, the San Francisco Giants look ahead at them in the standings.

Farhan Zaidi’s fingerprints are all over the the 2019 Dodgers and hopefully that DNA could be spliced into the Giants championship pedigree.
