Dodgers news ...
The Dodgers swept the Phillies with their win on Sunday. You can read the TBLA game recap here.
In case you missed it, it was announced on Sunday that Tony Cingrani will likely miss the rest of the season due to his shoulder injury.
Howard Cole writes about the possibility of a Giants/Dodgers trade.
The Giants aren’t special, OK? And to the extent that they were when they were winning World Series and actually competing with anyone, that’s certainly not the case now. They’re a complete mess is what they are. They’ll make the best deals they can when they can, regardless of the trade partner. L.A. isn’t ruling out any one team either.
Around the league ...
Nationals pitcher Max Scherzer refused to exit a game on Sunday. Actually. He yelled, “no” to his manager.

Could Dallas Keuchel be a Yankee? It’s a possibility.
The Yankees and free agent starting pitcher Dallas Keuchel have started talking dollars but, right now, one side thinks the other doesn’t make sense.
That’s according to MLB Network’s Jon Heyman, who said that Keuchel and the Yankees were apart on money.

Dallas Keuchel and Craig Kimbrel now can sign without their new team needing to forfeit a draft pick.
Pro tip: Teams have been told Keuchel is not signing immediately, so if you're waiting up to see where he goes, get some sleep, friend.
This made me laugh. So I thought I’d include it so you can also start your day with a smile.
