The Dodgers dropped the first three games against the Diamondbacks in this series, but they are bringing in some reinforcements to avoid a fourth straight loss.
Pitchers Ross Stripling and Dylan Floro, as well as infielder David Freese, were activated on the day the rosters expanded. Stripling and Freese are both in the starting lineup in Phoenix this Sunday.

Stripling, who joined the injured list in late July with right bicep tendinitis, will make his 13th start of the season. The last time he pitched was a loss against the crosstown rival Angels on July 24. He allowed three hits and two runs over five innings of work.
Freese is activated after being on the injured list for more than two months. He was dealing with a left hamstring strain since June 21. In 66 games this season, the 36-year-old is slashing .300/.399/.579 and has nine home runs.

As for any more call ups, there is some speculation Gavin Lux was added to the 40-man roster, BUT the club has not confirmed this.
Scott Alexander, Tyler White out for the year
Dave Roberts announced pitcher Scott Alexander and infielder Tyler White will not return for the rest of the season.
Dave Roberts said Tyler White & Scott Alexander will not be activated off the IL this year.
