Justin Turner gets another precautionary off day to rest his ankle, but they still don’t know what the problem is.
Justin Turner’s ankle x-rays back in LA were inconclusive. He’s going to have an MRI tonight or tomorrow. Roberts said if tonight was a critical game, he could play. No point in forcing the issue.

The Dodgers apparently have their rotation set for the upcoming weekend series in New York; spoiler, it’s the big three: Clayton Kershaw, Hyun-Jin Ryu and Walker Buehler.
Hyun-Jim Ryu will start Saturday in NY. So #Dodgers rotation v #Mets is Kershaw-Ryu-Buehler

Max Muncy will “rejoin the team” on Friday. Presumably that means “activated” from the injured list. Muncy last played for LA on August 28.
Dave Roberts notes:

* Hyun-Jin Ryu will return to the rotation Saturday in New York. Been more mechanics that fatigue, he says
* Justin Turner's ankle X-rays in LA were inconclusive and an MRI is scheduled
* Max Muncy will rejoin the team Friday in New York #Dodgers
Joe Davis will be in Pasadena on Saturday calling the UCLA - Oklahoma football game from the Rose Bowl. With Sunday’s telecast an ESPN exclusive, he won’t be in New York for any of the Dodgers games there this weekend.
