Podcast episode 1926: Preparing for the home stretch

The regular season finish line is in sight

MLB: Los Angeles Dodgers at New York Mets Wendell Cruz-USA TODAY Sports

The Dodgers have clinched another division, and all that’s left in these final two weeks of the regular season is to determine the playoff seeding. With the best record in both the National League and MLB-wide in play, the Dodgers have some injuries to manage in getting things set for October, as well as a rotation and pitching staff to order and prepare.

This week on the podcast we look at what’s left in the regular season, including a possible franchise record for home wins, a club record for overall wins, and what to expect.

We also touch on the starting rotation, Kenley Jansen, the first two weeks in the majors for Gavin Lux, plus injury updates for Rich Hill, Justin Turner, Max Muncy, and Alex Verdugo.
