It’s been a week since our last installment of this fun bracket. Apologies, as it’s been a very hectic week. We’re back, and it’s time for a brand-new matchup!

Last week’s battle between two MLB records wasn’t even close, as the Dodgers’ 11-run inning ran away with the vote. Here on TBLA, it received 92 percent of the votes. On Twitter, it received 96 percent of the vote. I’m very sorry @ Home Run record. Don’t take it personal.

Here’s an updated look at the bracket.

Dustin May’s insane strikeout

We’re still trying to figure out exactly how Dustin May pulled this one off. Earlier in the season, he struck out Manny Machado on a 99-mph pitch that had some of the craziest movement we’ve ever seen. Rumor has it, Machado still hasn’t recovered to this date.

Another spectacular Mookie Betts catch

Imagine seeing this play from Mookie Betts in right field and realizing that it wasn’t even his best play from that SERIES. Well, it’s true. Betts proved to us he’s arguably the best right fielder in all of baseball, as he showcased his talents on a weekly basis. He made this incredible catch in Game 6 of the NLCS. Though he didn’t rob a home run, he did end what could have been a huge inning from the Atlanta Braves.
