We finally had a close matchup! Though it wasn’t too close, it was still the tightest battle we’ve had so far.
Dustin May and his nasty pitch to Manny Machado put up a good fight, but it just wasn’t enough to take down Mookie Betts and his amazing catch. Betts’ catch received 70 percent of the vote on TBLA, and received 61 percent of the vote on Twitter.
Here’s the latest look at how the bracket is turning out.

Will Smith vs. Will Smith
To me, this was the biggest moment of the entire 2020 season for me. Trailing in the game, and trailing 3-1 in the series, Will Smith hit this clutch home run in the sixth inning to give the Dodgers the lead.
You know the rest. The Dodgers won the game, they came back and won the series, and they went on to win the World Series. Had Smith not hit this home run in this moment, who knows what would have happened.
Of course, Will Smith hitting it off Will Smith made it that much better.
Tony Gonsolin’s hot start
What a start to the game for Tony Gonsolin. He struck out the first six hitters he faced, including seven of the first nine he faced. The rest of his outing didn’t go too well for him, but it’s not every day you see a starter strike out the first six batters of the game.
Maybe it’s impressive enough to get at least one percent of the votes in this battle? I have a feeling it won’t be close at all. Sorry, Goose!
