As you may have heard, the deal between the Dodgers and Red Sox is officially official. And by official, we mean the Dodgers even announced it themselves.

In addition, they have completed a separate trade with the Twins, which includes sending Kenta Maeda to Minnesota.
The Dodgers have acquired RHP Brusdar Graterol, minor league OF Luke Raley and the 67th pick in the 2020 First Year Player draft from the Minnesota Twins in exchange for RHP Kenta Maeda, minor league C Jaír Camargo and cash considerations.

Now this begs the question: who are they designating for assignment? Well, we also have that answer this evening.
The Dodgers announced they designated infielder Tyler White and outfielder Kyle Garlick for assignment in order to make room for all their new additions on the 40-man roster. The roster is at its capacity.
Now it’s time to get excited about the future! The Dodgers now have not one ... not two ... but THREE MVPs on their team and it’s making this upcoming season look really bright.
So bright in fact, BreakingT had to make a shirt. Because of course they did.
Now here’s a fresh thread, so go crazy folks!
