No. 5 — Rick Monday saves the flag

One of the greatest moments in baseball history

For the countdown, we have a bobblehead that features a player who’s not wearing a Dodgers uniform. We’ll make the exception, as this pays tribute to one of the best moment we’ve ever seen in baseball history.

On April 25, 1976, two protesters ran into left-center field, attempting to set an American flag on fire. Rick Monday, who was playing center field for the Cubs at the time, ran over and picked up the flag before it could be burned.

On August 27 in 2013, the Dodgers paid tribute to the moment by honoring Monday with a bobblehead recapping the moment.

On top of being a great moment, this bobblehead has great detail. It’s already a one-of-a-kind with him being in a blue Chicago Cubs uniform. His glove in his left hand and the American flag in his right. If you’re a Dodgers fan, or even a baseball fan, this bobblehead is absolutely a must-have.

Check out the other bobbleheads on this list.
