This week on the podcast, we look at the Dodgers’ decision to protest racial injustice and not play Wednesday’s game, including individual decisions by Mookie Betts and Dave Roberts, and support from Clayton Kershaw and other teammates during the process.
At the time of recording, the Dodgers-Giants game was one of only three MLB games postponed as a protest, but seven more sets of teams followed suit by not playing scheduled games on Thursday.
There’s also some of the usual banter, about the last few days’ worth of games and, as always, questions from Craig.
Please send your questions, Dodgers-related or not, to tblapodcast@gmail.com, or tweet us at @ericstephen or @jacobburch. Thanks to the magnificent producer Brian Salvatore for making us sound presentable each week.
No Dodgers rewind this week.
