The Dodgers have recalled right-handed pitcher Josh Sborz and placed outfielder Joc Pederson on the paternity list.

For Sborz, this will be his third stint with the Dodgers during the 2020 campaign. He’s only appeared in one game so far this season, throwing a scoreless inning of relief. Over the last two seasons, he’s appeared in eight games for LA and has gone 0-1 with a 7.20 ERA. He has eight strikeouts in 10 innings. Sborz hasn’t allowed a run in five of his last six outings with the Dodgers.

Pederson can miss a minimum of one game and a maximum of three games. He and his wife Kelsey announced in April that she was pregnant with the couple’s second child.
