Every day, hundreds of you interact in the comments section of the articles here. Now, it’s time to announce a brand new and fun way that you all can interact. Starting tomorrow, we’ll begin hosting (possibly weekly) hangouts over on the Locker Room app.

What is Locker Room?

I know what you’re probably thinking. “Blake, what in the world is Locker Room?”

Great question! Locker Room is an app that allows us to create live conversations with fans and experts from around Major League Baseball and other sports. It also has a chat section where people can talk amongst themselves during the conversation, or ask questions for the hosts of the room.

Think of it like a podcast. You listen to someone talk about the Dodgers... but with this, YOU can hop into the conversation! If you’d like to ask a question or give your thoughts on a subject, you can join in on the discussion and chat with the host and other guests, sort of like a big phone call.

Why should I join?

I know what your next question probably is. “Blake, why should I take the time to download and install a new app that I don’t know how to use?”

Well, Locker Room allows us to make discussing the Dodgers more interactive. Plus, it’s VERY easy to navigate through. Replying to comments is fun, but how about having an actual conversation with all the people you talk to anyways? It also allows YOU to potentially propose a question you’re thinking about, and hear what a bunch of other Dodgers fans have to say.

How do I join Locker Room?

• Download the Locker Room app from the App Store (available only on iOS devices, sorry Android users!)
• Create an account if you don’t have one already

How can I join the fun?

I will be going LIVE on the app this Sunday (2/28) at 11:00 a.m. PT., one hour prior to the start of the Dodgers’ first Spring Training game. It will be a one-hour tailgate. I’ll be answering questions from Dodgers fans, along with opening up the discussion to hear about what you’re looking forward to most in 2021.
