September 26: Pitcher Andrew Vasquez was recalled from Triple-A Oklahoma City, and outfielder Luke Raley was optioned to Triple-A Oklahoma City.

September 22: Outfielder AJ Pollock was activated from the 10-day injured list, and pitcher Shane Greene was designated for assignment.

September 21: Outfielder Cody Bellinger was placed on the 10-day injured list, and outfielder Luke Raley was recalled from Triple-A Oklahoma City.

September 15: Outfielder Steven Souza Jr. cleared waivers and was sent outright to Triple-A Oklahoma City.

September 14: Pitcher Kenley Jansen was reinstated from the paternity list, and pitcher Mitch White was optioned to Triple-A Oklahoma City.

September 13: Pitcher Clayton Kershaw was activated from the 60-day injured list, and outfielder Steven Souza Jr. was designated for assignment.

August 30: Pitcher Evan Phillips was activated from the injured list, and pitcher Mitch White was optioned to Triple-A Oklahoma City.

August 3: Pitcher Edwin Uceta was placed on the 10-day injured list, and pitcher Brusdar Graterol was recalled from Triple-A Oklahoma City.

August 3: Outfielder Zach Reks was recalled from Triple-A Oklahoma City, and pitcher Yefry Ramírez was optioned to Triple-A.

August 2: Outfielder DJ Peters was claimed off waivers by the Rangers.
