Chris Taylor was named the Dodgers preliminary winner for the 2021 Heart & Hustle award from the MLB players association alumni, an annual award that “honors active players who demonstrate a passion for the game of baseball and best embody the values, spirit and traditions of the game.”
One winner is chosen from all 30 teams, and the MLB-wide winner will be voted on by active MLB players as well as alumni. The overall winner will be announced in November.
