Brandon Gomes was promoted by the Dodgers from assistant GM to general manager, the first to hold the position since Farhan Zaidi left in 2018. The club also announced several front office promotions and the hiring of assistant GM Damon Jones.
The Dodgers promoted pitching coordinator and former major league pitcher Brandon Gomes to director of player development to replace Gabe Kapler. Also the club made official the hiring of former Rays trainer Ron Porterfield as director of player health.
