2013 MLB Draft: Dodgers picks 21-30

Here's an overview of the draft picks made by the Dodgers in rounds 21-30 of the 2013 MLB Draft.

Listed below are the Dodgers picks from round 21 through 30. Ned Colletti and company decided to use eight of the 10 selections on pitchers.

21st round (634 overall) -- Right-handed pitcher, James Baune of Southern Arkansas University: Baune is 6'3 inches tall and weighs 185 pounds. Baune posted a 3.15 ERA in 111.1 innings pitched last season.

22nd round (664 overall) -- Left-handed pitcher, Robert Fisher of the University of Oklahoma: Fisher is 5'10 tall and weighs 178 pounds. Fisher saw limited playing time, only tossing 9.2 innings, yet gave up a mere two runs.

23rd round (694 overall) -- Right-handed pitcher, MJ Villegas of Seton Catholic High School (AZ): Villegas is 6'2 tall and weighs 180 pounds. Villegas accumulated an impressive 2.80 ERA and is the 17th ranked high school prospect in Arizona.

24th round (724 overall) -- Right-handed pitcher, Jose De Leon of Southern (LA): De Leon is 6'3 tall and weighs 210 pounds.

25th round (754 overall) -- Right-handed pitcher, Kyle Hooper of University of California Irvine: Hooper is 6'5 tall and weighs 235 pounds. Hooper made 18 appearances out of the bullpen and boasted a record of 1-2 with an ERA of 5.45.

26th round (784 overall) -- Right-handed pitcher, Thomas Taylor of Kansas: Taylor is 6'4 tall and weighs 220 pounds. Taylor tallied 14 starts and collected a 6-2 record with a 2.33 ERA

27th round (814 overall) -- Right-handed pitcher, Tanner Kiest of Riverside Community College (CA): Kiest is 6'3 tall and weighs 200 pounds. Klest made a nice freshman debut, stringing together an ERA of 2.61 in 10.1 frames of work.

28th round (844 overall) -- Left-handed pitcher, Crayton Bare of Baylor University (TX): Bare is 5'11 tall and weighs 185 pounds. Bare barely has any work to judge in 2013, as the two time First-Team Academic All-Big 12 member only made five relief appearances after leading the team with 24 in 2012.

29th round (874 overall) -- Catcher, Sam Finfer of Interlake High School (WA): Finfer is 6'2 tall and weighs 190 pounds. Finfer's slash line is impressive: .357 batting average, .520 on base percentage, three home runs and 23 RBI.

30th round (904 overall) -- Catcher, Ryan Scott of Notre Dame High School (AZ): Scott is 6'1 tall and weighs 180 pounds. Scott helped guide Notre Dame to a perfect 11-0 league record, while hitting .308, on base percentage of .411, smashing four home runs and 24 RBI.
